Article VI: Vice-President
- The Vice-President shall be the chief assistant
to the President and charged with the responsibility and authority of
said position. He/she shall perform the duties of the President in
his/her absence or disability.
- The Vice-President shall be the lead maintenance
officer for the Corporation and shall develop and maintain a viable
maintenance program in accordance with Federal Regulations and in
keeping with good safety standards.
- The Vice-President shall also perform such
duties connected with the operation of the Corporation as may be
undertaken at the suggestion of the President.
- A candidate must be an owner-member for a
minimum of two consecutive years in order to serve as Vice-President
of the Corporation.
- The Vice-President shall enforce the financial
obligation of each owner-member and to disqualify any owner-member not
satisfying the obligations or responsibilities, as stated in Article XIV.
- The Vice-President will have a restraint of
$5,000 to spend toward his assigned duties.
