Article IV:  Officers The officers of the Corporation shall consist of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The officers of the Corporation shall be elected by the owner membership of the Corporation and shall serve until their successors are duly elected and qualified; provided that the President and the Chairman of the Board of Directors shall be one and the same persons.
