Article XV:  Surplus The net savings or surplus remaining after all operating costs and other expenses have been paid shall remain in the Corporation’s treasury for the purpose of new equipment, contingencies, or for the purpose of reducing the hourly rates for flying as shall be determined by the Board of Directors. The net savings shall not be distributed to the members for their individual use. Table of Contents
