Article XI:  Vacancies If the office of Vice-President, Secretary, or Treasurer should become vacant for any reason, the Board of Directors shall elect a successor who shall hold the office for the remainder of the term. The Vice-President shall serve as President should the office become vacant and shall serve for the remainder of the term. Table of Contents
